Salary:   MPS/UPS Plus TLR (to be agreed)

Contract Type/Term: Full time.

Start Date: April 2019 (negotiable)

The leadership team of Eglinton Primary School and Early Years Centre is looking to appoint an Early Years leader, to work with the Head of School and Leadership team, to continue to develop our Early Years Provision and further shape our children’s young lives.


You will be an experienced practitioner with proven success in management, mentoring and support for children, parents and staff. You will work with SLT to analyse data and provide professional development to staff across the phase and lead improvements in teaching and learning
